【摘要】 目的:测定下肢后伸定点按压法不同相段的压力,为林氏正骨手法的传承、教学、推广、基础研究提供量化依据。方法:应用多点薄膜压力测试系统,检测并记录术者进行手法操作过程中的动态图形,并保存分析相应的压力数据。结果:预加载力基本保持在90~160 N,持续时间为35~60 ms,最大冲击力在350~700 N之间,大多分布在500 N左右,冲击力的持续时间基本在40 ms左右,冲击力的冲量基本在85~170 N·s范围,且大部分控制在120 N·s左右,冲击力的拟合函数的上升和下降的斜率的绝对值都较大,且上升的斜率远大于下降的斜率绝对值。结论:该术者手法操作收放自如、刚柔相济,能体现林氏正骨手法的特征,手法准确,该试验方法对于纠正临床初学者手法操作、林氏手法的传承具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the forces of point-pressing manipulation and to provide quantitative basis for the teaching and promotion and basic research of Lin ’s Manipulation Therapy. Methods The trajectory images and the manipulative force of the point-pressing manipulation were tested and recorded with a multi-film pressure measurement system. Results Preload force was maintained at 90 ~ 160 N substantially with a duration of 35 ~ 60 ms. The maximum impact force was between 350 and 700 N, mostly in about 500 N and the duration of the impact was 40 ms. The impulse ranged substantially from 85 to 170 N·s, mostly in about 120 N·s. There was big absolute value of rising slope and descending slope of the fitting function of the impact, and the absolute value of the rising slope was much bigger than that of the descending slope. Conclusion The tested manipulation is in line with the characteristics of Lin ’s Manipulation Therapy and the measurement of the force is important for the free and correct operation of clinical beginners.更多还原
