【摘要】 目的:检测慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)患者恩替卡韦治疗前后外周血中结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)表达水平,探讨CTGF表达水平与HBV DNA载量的相关性。方法:入组22例健康人作为对照组,入组60例CHB患者作为实验组,给予恩替卡韦0.5 mg每天1次口服治疗;分别收集治疗前及抗病毒治疗后12、24周外周血,ELISA检测外周血中CTGF表达水平,Pearson相关性分析分析CTGF表达水平与HBV DNA载量的相关性。结果:实验组患者恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗前外周血中CTGF表达水平较对照组显著增高(P<0.05),且其表达水平与HBV DNA载量呈正相关;CHB患者恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗24周后外周血中CTGF、HBV DNA载量均较治疗前有所下降(P<0.05)。结论 :恩替卡韦治疗后外周血CTGF表达下降,CTGF可作为反映恩替卡韦抗病毒疗效的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression level of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in sera of chronic hepatitis B(CHB) patients before and after entecavir(ETV) therapy, and investigate the relationship between CTGF expression level and HBV DNA load. Methods Twenty-two healthy individuals were enrolled as control group and sixty CHB patients as experimental group, who were orallyadministrated with ETV 0.5mg Qd.Peripheral blood was collected before ETV therapy, and 12 and 24 weeks after ETV therapy, respectively. CTGF expression of peripheral blood was assayed by ELISA. The relationship between CTGF expression level and HBV DNA load was analyzed by Pearson’s correlation analysis. Results Expression level of CTGF in sera of experimental group before ETV administration was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05). Furthermore, the expression level of CTGF in sera of experimental group was positively correlated to HBV DNA load. Expression level of CTGF and HBV DNA load in sera of CHB patients after ETV administration at week 24 were significantly lower than that of CHB patients before ETV administration, respectively(P < 0.05). Conclusion CTGF expression in sera of CHB patients after ETV therapy decreases, and CTGF could be an indicator that reflects the anti-viral role of ETV.更多还原
