【摘要】 目的研究葛根软胶囊中总黄酮含量测定提取方法的最佳水平组合。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定,以总黄酮含量为试验效应,以聚酰胺粉的粒径、乙醇浓度、超声功率和超声温度为试验因素,选择L9(34)正交试验设计筛选最佳水平组合。结果最佳测定组合为70%乙醇浓度、200 W功率,60℃超声,60~80目聚酰胺粉柱层析,验证试验总黄酮含量测定为3.49 g/100 g。结论通过实验优选出了葛根软胶囊中总黄酮含量测定提取方法的最佳水平组合,验证实验结果满意,避免了因提取不当而导致测得的总黄酮含量偏低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimal combination of extraction method of total flavonoids content in puerariae soft capsule.Methods The content of total flavonoids determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for evaluating the experimental effects.Polyamide powder particle size,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic temperature were employed as the experimental factors.L9(34) orthogonal experiment design was selected to screen the optimal combination.Results The optimal combination was 70% ethanol concentration,200 w power,60℃ ultrasound and 60-80 mesh powder polyamide column chromatography.Validation test showed that the total flavonoids content was 3.49 g/100 g.Conclusions The optimal combination of extraction method of total flavonoids content in puerariae soft capsule is verified through the experiment,and it avoids the low content of total flavonoids caused by improper extraction method.The results of validation test are satisfactory.更多还原
