管线钢单边缺口拉伸试验探讨

【摘要】 比较了管线钢断裂韧性测试技术的各个方法,介绍了单边缺口拉伸试验方法,并探讨了试样尺寸对单边缺口拉伸试验的影响及单边缺口拉伸试验与全尺寸试验的关系。结果表明,单边缺口拉伸试验相对于全尺寸试验,它的成本较低并且能得到相对接近于实际管线钢的断裂韧性结果。建立一套完善的SENT试验标准对于推广SENT试验在管线钢断裂韧性测试中的应用,准确测试实际情况下的管线钢及环焊缝断裂韧性值具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 This paper compared each method of fracture toughness testing technology of pipeline steel. The method of Single-edge-notched-tensile( SENT) test was introduced. The influence of specimen size on SENT test and the relationship with full-scale test was discussed. The results showed that compared to full-scale test,SENT test was at a low cost and could obtain results relatively close to the actual fracture toughness of pipeline. A set of completed SENT test standard would be of great significance in promoting SENT test of pipeline steel fracture toughness test and testing accurate fracture toughness value of actual pipeline steel and girth weld.
