蝙蝠草多糖的提取和分离及其活性测定
Purification and activity determination of polysaccharides from Christia vespertilionis
【摘要】 目的提取和分离纯化蝙蝠草多糖,并进行结构分析与活性测定。方法对蝙蝠草多糖进行提取和分离纯化,得到均一组分蝙蝠草多糖02-2(christia vespertilionis polysaccharides 02-2,CP 02-2)。采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼[1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl)hydrazyl,DPPH]自由基清除、小鼠巨噬细胞增殖、吞噬能力和产生NO等试验方法对CP 02-2的活性进行研究。结果 CP 02-2对浓度0.1 mmol·L-1DPPH溶液的自由基清除率为28.99%,对小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7的增殖、吞噬能力和产生NO的能力均具有促进作用,与空白对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),且当质量浓度为1 500 mg·L-1时,活性最大。结论蝙蝠草多糖CP 02-2具有一定的药理活性。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the structure and activity of polysaccharides( CP) from Christia vespertilionis( L. f.) Bahn. f. Methods The polysaccharides were extracted and purified from Christia vespertilionis( L. f.)Bahn. f. and uniform polysaccharide named CP 02-2 was obtained. The effect of CP 02-2 on DPPH reducing assay,cell viability,engulfment capability and NO production of RAW264. 7 macrophages were investigated. Results The viability,engulfment capability and NO production of RAW264. 7 macrophages had been stimulated most by CP 02-2 with 1 500 mg·L-1. Conclusions The presented results confirm that CP had capacity of eliminating DPPH radicals and cell-stimulatingactivity.
