【摘要】 目的分析深圳某三甲医院护士抗癌药物(ADs)暴露指数与血清免疫球蛋白水平的相关性。方法于2015年12月选取深圳市某三甲医院常规使用ADs治疗的多个科室护士84名,采用《职业接触抗癌药物护士状况调查表》收集其个人资料并计算ADs暴露指数,采用免疫散射比浊法检测血清免疫球蛋白水平。结果不同科室护士ADs暴露指数及血清IgM、IgG水平比较、不同年龄护士ADs暴露指数及血清IgG水平比较、不同接触ADs年限护士ADs暴露指数及血清IgM水平比较、不同职称护士ADs暴露指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,ADs暴露指数与血清IgM、IgG水平呈负相关(r值分别为-0.216、-0.253,P<0.05),而与血清IgA水平无直线相关关系(r=-0.184,P>0.05)。结论深圳某三甲医院护士ADs暴露指数与血清IgM、IgG水平呈负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between anticancer drugs( ADs) exposure index and serum immunoglobulin levels of nurses in a top three hospital in Shenzhen. Methods In December 2015,84 nurses were selected in multiple departments of a top three hospital in Shenzhen. Occupational Exposure to ADs Nurses Status Questionnaire was used to collect the personal data and related data for calculating ADs exposure index; serum immunoglobulin levels were detected by immune scatter turbidimetry. Results There were statistically significant differences of ADs exposure index,serum levels of IgM and IgG in nurses from different departments,of ADs exposure index and serum IgG level in nurses with different age,of ADs exposure index and serum IgM level in nurses with different years of contacting ADs, of ADs exposure index in nurses with different professional titles( P < 0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis results showed that,ADs exposure index was negatively correlated with serum levels of IgM and IgG,respectively( r =- 0. 216,- 0. 253; P < 0. 05),but was no linearly correlated with serum IgA level( r =- 0. 184,P > 0. 05).
