【摘要】 目的比较多奈哌齐与尼膜同治疗老年性痴呆症的临床疗效。方法选取2011年9月—2016年1月商洛市中心医院收治的老年性痴呆症患者159例,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组73例和观察组86例。对照组患者给予尼膜同治疗,观察组患者给予多奈哌齐治疗;两组患者均连续治疗12周。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、Barthel指数(BI),不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前MMSE评分、ADL评分和BI指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后MMSE评分、ADL评分和BI指数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多奈哌齐治疗老年性痴呆症疗效优于尼膜同,可更有效地改善患者精神状态、日常生活活动能力及自理能力,且不增加不良反应的发生风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect on senile dementia between donepezil and nimotop. Methods A total of 159 patients with senile dementia were selected in the Central Hospital of Shangluo from September 2011 to January2016,and they were divided into control group( n = 73) and observation group( n = 86) according to different treatment protocols. Patients of control group were given nimotop,while patients of observation group were given donepezil. Clinical effect,incidence of adverse reactions,and MMSE score,ADL score and BI before treatment and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of MMSE score,ADL score or BI was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05); after treatment, MMSE score, ADL score and BI of observation group were statistically significant higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Donepezil has better clinical effect in treating senile dementia is better than nimotop,can effectively improve the mental status,activities of daily living and self- care ability,without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.更多还原
