【摘要】 目的探究参麦注射液联合坎地沙坦酯对充血性心力衰竭患者B型脑钠肽(BNP)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)的影响。方法选取西安市中医医院心内科2013年2月—2015年2月收治的充血性心力衰竭患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组患者给予坎地沙坦酯治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予参麦注射液治疗;两组患者均持续治疗30 d。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后BNP、LVEF及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者BNP、LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者BNP低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合坎地沙坦酯治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,可有效降低BNP,提高LVEF,改善患者心功能,且安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of shenmai injection combined with candesartan cilexetil on BNP and LVEF of patients with congestive heart failure. Methods From February 2013 to February 2015,a total of 94 patients with congestive heart failure were selected in the Department of Cardiology,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xi’an,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,each of 47 cases. Patients of control group received candesartan cilexetil, while patients of study group received shenmai injection based on control group; both groups continuously treated for 30 days. Clinical effect,BNP and LVEF before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Clinical effect of study group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of BNP or LVEF was found between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05); after treatment,BNP of study group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group,while LVEF of study group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with candesartan cilexetil has certain clinical effect in treating congestive heart failure,can effectively reduce the BNP,improve the LVEF and cardiac function,and the safety is relatively high.更多还原
