大斜度井水力携砂技术及其优化
Hydraulic sand carrying technology and its optimization in high-inclination well
【摘要】 农田、水库等特殊的地理地貌决定了浅造斜大斜度井成为浅层疏松砂岩油藏主要的开发井型。对于防砂难度大、效果差、频繁砂卡埋等技术难题,创新性地应用同心双管水力射流携砂工艺,取得了延长周期、提高产能的良好效果。针对双管管柱结构建立了适合的优化理论和计算模型;在常规直井、定向井水力射流动态仿真模型的基础上,增加了大斜度井携砂能力设计功能,研发了同心双管水力射流携砂采油优化及诊断系统。研究成果为该类型油井的生产提供了一种可靠的应用技术。
【Abstract】 It is objectively determined by farmland,reservoirs and other special geomorphologies that the shallow high-inclination well becomes the main well type in shallow unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs.Aiming at the technical problems including great sandcontrol difficulty,poor effect and frequent sand stick and burial,the sand carrying technology using concentric double-tube hydraulic jet was innovatively applied to achieve good results such as the extended production cycle and improved productivity in this study.A suitable optimization theory and calculation model was established for concentric double-tube string structure.Based on the dynamic simulation models of hydraulic jet in conventional vertical wells and directional wells,the design function of sand carrying ability was added for high-inclination wells;meanwhile,the sand carrying optimization and diagnosis system of concentric double-tube hydraulic jet was also developed.The research results provide a reliable application technology for the production in this type of oil wells.
