【摘要】 分析了国内高校实验室在安全管理方面取得的进展及存在的突出问题。借鉴国外高校实验室安全与环保管理的经验,针对国内高校实验室安全管理的现状,在比较分析的基础上,提出了5点改进措施:设立学校层面的安全管理机构,院系配备专职安全员;完善管理制度,建立动态监督机制;加强安全教育,落实实验室准入制度,制定安全应急预案并定期进行应急演练;设立实验室安全维护基金,定期维修安全设施;建设实验室安全文化。以期提升实验室安全与环保管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Top universities of Asian, America and Europe have accumulated successful experience about safety management of laboratory. They concluding, summarizing and reviewing from four aspects: scientific safety management,improved safety management system,rich safety training contents,and enough specification of safety facilities. The security management progress and existing problems of the domestic colleges and universities laboratory are analyzed. By drawing lessons from foreign college laboratory safety and environmental management,in view of the situation of domestic college laboratory safety administration,on the basis of comparative analysis,we put forward the improvement measures,which are setting up school departments safety management organization,setting up school departments with full-time security officer,perfecting management system,establishing dynamic supervision mechanism,strengthening safety education and carrying out the lab access system,formulating contingency plans and emergency exercise on a regular basis,setting up the laboratory security maintenance fund and regularly maintaining safety facilities,and constructing laboratory safety culture.
