分子生物学虚实结合实验教学模式的初探
Exploration of the Combination of Virtual Simulation and Actual Operation of Molecular Biology
【摘要】 分子生物学是一门微观领域的学科,是生物工程专业的主干课程之一。为了提高分子生物学的教学质量,提高学生对微观概念及规律的理解,满足人才培养质量要求。我们在分子生物学实验教学中,运用现代教育技术创设虚拟实践教学平台,运用虚拟仿真实验,3D动画,生动形象地再现分子生物学实验的原理。通过虚实相结合的模式,可以做到实体实验和虚拟实验有机结合,互为补充,充分发挥传统实验方式和虚拟仿真实验各自的优势,丰富教学内容,提高教学效率,强化教学效果,充分调动学生学习的主观能动性和学习欲望,提高实验教学质量。
【Abstract】 Molecular biology is one of the main courses in the field of biology engineering. In order to improve the teaching quality of molecular biology, improve students ’ understanding of the concept and rule, meet the quality requirements of personnel training,we use modern educational technology to create virtual practice teaching platform.The platform can ocomplete virtual simulation experiment,3 D animation,it provides vivid image of the principle of biological experiments. The actual experimental and virtual experiment make full use of the advantages of the traditional experiment method and virtual simulation experiment.
