【摘要】 在直接型A/D转换数据采集系统的基础上,开发了电压频率变换型的间接型A/D转换数据采集系统。在两者性能对比分析的基础上,进行了对比实验和XAFS实验图谱质量分析,结果是间接型A/D转换系统积分特性更适合普通的XAFS谱数据采集,而直接型A/D转换系统的快速响应更适合快速XAFS谱数据采集。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new data acquisition system which is a indirect voltage-to-frequency A/D converter is developed based on the old direct A/D converter. After comparing theoretically the performances of the two systems, comparative experiments and analyses of the XAFS experimental spectrums are completed. It is found that the indirect A/D conversion system is suitable for ordinary XAFS spectrum data collection,and the direct A/D conversion system is suitable for rapid XAFS spectrum data collection.更多还原
