工科类综合型专业实验教学设计的新模式
The New Model of Teaching Design for Integrate Experiment of Engineering Course
【摘要】 对工科类本科生专业实验的教改既是现代工科类专业的实验教学的重要内容,同时也是提高专业素质的基本要求。本文以生物工程专业的课程"生物分离工程实验"为例提出了研究型、工程型、综合型"生物分离工程实验"的理念并从理论上进行了分析即研究型是强化或固化实验内涵的核心、工程型是培养专业素质的基本要求、综合型是现代生物分离工程实验及其他工科实验内容的发展趋势;根据现代生物分离工程的特点,以灵芝多糖为例,提出了在原料预处理及提取、初步纯化、高度纯化和纯度检测等重要环节体现研究型、工程型、综合型的思想。基于上述原则设计的实验方案应用于本科生的实验教学,取得了理想的教学效果。
【Abstract】 The teaching reforming of professional experiment for engineering undergraduate students is not only important content in test teaching of modern engineering majors,but also the basic target of improving the professional quality.Taking "Experiment of Bio-separation"as an example,the paper suggests the idea of "Researching,Engineering and Integrating Bio-separation Experiment"and gives it a reasonable explaination.Researching model is key content for strengthening the idea of test,engineering model is the basic demands for culturing the professional quality,and the integrating model stands for the tendency of modern "bio-separation experiment"and other experiments of engineering courses.According to the characteristics of modern bio-separation engineering and using the preparation of polysaccharide as a model,the paper considers the operation units including pretreatment of materials and extraction,primary separation,refine and detecting the purity to illustrate the viewpoint of researching,engineering and integrating model.The designate experiment system was introduced to train the undergraduate in course of "Experiment of Bioseparation Engineering"and acquired ideal teaching affecting.
