【摘要】 在地方普通高校向应用技术型大学转型的背景下,如何建设与应用技术型人才培养相适应的实验室建设与管理模式已成为高校能否实现成功转型的重要环节。论文以石家庄学院"资源与环境实验教学中心"为例,介绍了实验技术人员队伍建设在整个实验教学体系中的重要性以及在建设过程中所采取的具体措施;讨论了实验教学内容体系创新对于培养应用技能型人才的重要作用;给出了综合性实验,设计性实验和研究性实验的明确定义并说明了它们各自的培养目标;研究并探讨了综合性实验教学平台的搭建在培养学生应用能力以及综合能力方面的重要促进作用。最后,总结了实验教学中心在打造自身特色过程中的一些经验和做法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of universities transferring to applied universities,how to establish a pattern of laboratory construction and management to fit the technical talents cultivation,has become an important problem for the colleges to achieve successful transition. Therefore,taking Resources and Environment Experiment Teaching Center in Shijiazhuang College as an example,this paper introduces the importance of the construction of experimental technical personnel in the whole experimental teaching system and the concrete measures which have taken in the process of construction,and discusses the important role that the experiment,and points out that the practice innovation system plays a vital role in cultivation of applied talents. It also gives specific definitions of the comprehensive experiment,the designing experiment and the research experiment, and illustrates the great importance of the construction of comprehensive experiment teaching platform in cultivating student’ application ability and comprehensive ability. Finally,this paper illustrates some experiences and practices of creating characteristics of the experiment center in details.更多还原
