大型仪器设备运行状态监控系统设计

【摘要】 为了实现对大型仪器设备运行状态的实时和远程监控,设计了一款基于MSP430单片机的大型仪器设备运行状态监控系统。系统采用MSP430单片机作为主控芯片,以电流互感器采集电流信号,通过单片机自带的A/D转换对信号进行处理,利用DS1302采集记录大型仪器设备时间信息,利用DS18B20采集大型仪器设备运行时的温度,并存储到AT24C02中,通过Wi Fi无线传输到上位机以及通过CS8900A以太网来实现远程监控。经过多次测试,该系统能够满足大型仪器设备使用机时、运行温度等基本设备运行状态的实时监控和远程监控。

【Abstract】 To monitor and control the running state of large equipment remotely at real time,a system was designed.MSP430 microcontroller is used as the main chip,current transformer is used to collect the current signal,A / D converter brought by the microcontroller is used to deal with the signal,DS1302 is used to record the time information of the large equipment,and DS18B20 is used to collect the temperature of the large equipment on working which is stored in AT24C02,transferred by WIFI wireless and controlled by the CS8900 A Ethernet. After several tests,it has been confirmed that the system can meet the requirement of real-time monitoring and remote monitoring to the using time and operating temperature of large equipment.
