复方消银膏对小鼠银屑病样模型组织病理改变的研究
Pathologic observation about the influence of compound xiaoyin-ointment on psoriasis-like mice model
【摘要】 目的研究复方消银膏外用对BALB/c小鼠背部银屑病样模型组织病理的改变。方法 1分组:48只小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、复方消银膏A组、复方消银膏B组、丙酸氯倍他索组及消银膏组。2造模:除空白组外其余各组鼠背部皮肤外用5%咪喹莫特,使其产生银屑病样模型。3治疗及评分:模型组作为对照,复方消银膏A组、复方消银膏B组、丙酸氯倍他索组及消银膏组分别给予相应药物治疗,根据8 d后光镜下各组局部皮肤组织病理变化进行BAKER评分,并进行统计学分析。结果空白组与模型组之间BAKER评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),造模成功;与模型组相比,复方消银膏A组、复方消银膏B组、丙酸氯倍他索组的BAKER评分均降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方消银膏A组、复方消银膏B组与丙酸氯倍他索组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而复方消银膏A组与复方消银膏B组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);消银膏组的BAKER评分低于模型组,而高于另外3个治疗组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各治疗组均可以改善小鼠银屑病组织病理变化,丙酸氯倍他索组最明显,复方消银膏组次之,消银膏组最差,且复方消银膏A组与复方消银膏B组疗效无明显差异。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the pathological changes of the psoriasis-like BALB/c mice model treated by compound xiaoyinointment. Methods Forty-eight mice were randomly divided into six groups: blank group, model group, compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group A, compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group B, clobetasol propionate treatment group, xiaoyin-ointment treatment group. 5% imiquimod was applied on the back of all mice except blank group to produce psoriasis-like mice model. All the groups except blank group and model group were treated with corresponding ointment for 8 days. Then pathological manifestations(BAKER score) were investigated under light microscope and statistical analysis were performed. Results The difference of BAKER score between blank group and model group showed statistical significance(P<0.05), which indicated successful psoriasis-like mice model. Compared with model group, the BAKER scores of compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group A, compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group B and clobetasol propionate treatment group were lower with statistical significance(P>0.05). The difference of BAKER scores between clobetasol propionate treatment group and compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group showed statistical signifi cance(P<0.05), but the differences between compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group A and compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group B showed no statistical signifi cance(P>0.05). The BAKER score of xiaoyin-ointment treatment group was lower than model group and higher than other three treatment groups with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05). Conclusion Psoriasis pathologic changes caused by imiquimod were remarkably improved after being treated with these four kind of ointments. For the effi cacy, the clobetasol propionate treatment group was the most obvious, the second was the compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group, and the xiaoyin-ointment treatment group was the worst. However there were no signifi cant differences between compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group A and compound xiaoyin-ointment treatment group B.
