【摘要】 埃里克森的人格发展阶段理论对于现代素质教育改革的顺利实现有着极为重要的促进意义。素质教育改革的目标就是将学生培养成为人格独立、思想健康的个体,从而更好地促进他们的成长和成熟。埃里克森的人格发展阶段理论建立在科学的基础之上,理性地分析了人格成长的过程和必经之路,对学生的成长和进步起到了很好的理论支持。目前中国教育现状不容乐观,在学校教育中过多地注重教育结果,忽视了人格的培养,最终导致教育重心失衡,这对于学生的成长和发展是极为不利的。总之,要想将学生培养成为完整意义上的个体,就必须要从埃里克森的人格发展阶段理论出发,找到其与教学的结合点,从而实现对学生人格的培养。本文将以此为重点,结合当前中国教育的现实来研究教育活动的实践途径。更多还原
