碳化二亚胺用作酯类液压油抗水解添加剂性能的研究

【摘要】 采用ASTM D2619-09《液压液水解安全性测试法(饮料瓶法)》,按照不同添加量和水解时间考察了碳化二亚胺对季戊四醇酯液压油抗水解性能的影响,并讨论了其抗水解机理,同时对加入碳化二亚胺后的季戊四醇酯的其它性能进行了检测,以确定碳化二亚胺作为季戊四醇酯抗水解剂的可行性。结果表明:随着碳化二亚胺添加量的增多,季戊四醇酯的水解作用逐渐减缓,适宜添加量(w)为0.5%。随着水解时间的增加,碳化二亚胺的抗水解性能相比于某些胺类抗氧剂更强。碳化二亚胺的加入不会恶化其它性能,将碳化二亚胺用作季戊四醇酯液压油抗水解剂是可行的。

【Abstract】 The method of ASTM D2619-09(Beverage Bottle Method)was used to analyze the ability of anti-hydrolysis of hydraulic oil pentaerythritolester(PE)containing carbodiimide with different addition and hydrolysis time,and the anti-hydrolysis mechanism of carbodiimide was discussed as well.Other properties of PE containing carbodiimide were also examined.The results show that the hydrolysis of PE tends to decrease with the increase of carbodiimide,and the proper amount of carbodiimide is 0.5%(mass fraction).Carbodiimide shows better anti-hydrolysis ability than other amine antioxidants as the hydrolysis time being prolonged,and other properties of PE is not affected by the addition of carbodiimide.It is feasible to use carbodiimide as an anti-hydrolysis additive of PE hydraulic oil.
