【Abstract】 The corrosion of aluminum sol on carbon steel was studied through the weightlessness of the steel sample soaked in the sol. The corrosion products were characterized by means of IR and SEM,and the formation mechanism of the corrosion products was analyzed. It is discovered that the corrosion products are mainly composed of α-Fe OOH,γ-Fe OOH and Fe3O4,and the presence of chloride ions in aluminum sol destroys the structure of the passivation film on the surface of the carbon steel to accelerate the corrosion of carbon steel,resulting in the formation of corrosion products.更多还原
