【Abstract】 Xu dishan’s "saint" complex is not only reflected in his love for Lin yuesen,his late wife,and his strict self-discipline in personality pursuit,but also in the images of "love saints" and "moral saints" he created in his novels.Xu’s "saint" complex is mainly originated from the efforts of virtue reconstruction of time spirit.The "saints" characters express Xu’s persistent pursuit of and deep ponder over remodeling the national personality and his exploration of the nation’s future,which constitute a phase of the romantic feature of Xu’s novels and thus bring some negative effects on his literary achievements inevitably.更多还原
