【摘要】 本科教学课程组是在高等院校二级院系领导和管理下,依据一类共同课程教学需要而建立起来的一级教学活动组织。高等农林院校本科教学课程组在课程建设和人才培养方面的作用日益显现,强化同一课程建设,助力精品课程形成;形成教学合作精神,夯实教学团队建设;建立课程教学梯队,支持师资队伍建设。但本科教学课程组建设存在划分标准混乱,缺乏统一规范;组织权威性较低,人心凝聚力较差;缺乏系统管理机制,盲目随意性较大等问题。沈阳农业大学从加强课程组建设的重要性认识,出台系统化课程组建设方案;建立健全课程组管理标准,全面加强课程组建设;科学规划课程组权责配置,规范课程教学实施制度;强化课程组师资队伍建设,形成传帮带的良性氛围,充分发挥高等农林院校课程组在高等教育中的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A course group of undergraduate teaching is a primary teaching organization, which is set up according to the need of the first type of common courses and led and administrated by the faculties and departments under institutions of higher learning. The role which a undergraduate-teaching-oriented course group plays in collegiate curriculum construction and talented personnel cultivation is becoming apparent increasingly: strengthening the construction of similar courses, promoting the formation of excellent courses, cultivating the spirit of teaching-learning cooperation, reinforcing the construction of teaching team, establishing the echelon of course teaching and supporting the construction of teaching staff. Currently, however, problems exist in the undergraduate-teaching-oriented course group construction, such as lacking of a unified standard and regulation, having a poor authority and cohesion, being short of a systemic management mechanism and behaving blindly and randomly. In the perspective of strengthening the understanding of the significance of the course group construction, Shenyang Agricultural University has introduced the scheme of constructing systematic course groups: establishing and completing the course group management standard to strengthen the course group construction, planning the relationship between right and responsibility scientifically to regulate the complementation of course teaching, strengthening the teaching staff construction of course groups to form a benign atmosphere of teaching, helping and mentoring, thus giving full play to the important role which course groups of colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry should play in higher education.更多还原
