【摘要】 目的对比观察使用微型种植体支抗与传统口外弓支抗在矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合中的临床应用效果。方法选取2012年9月至2014年10月收治的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形患者116例,随机分为观察组与对照组。两组患者均使用直丝弓矫治器(MBT),在此基础上观察组使用微型种植体植入作为支抗,对照组使用传统口外弓。对比观察两组患者临床应用情况。结果矫治后头影测量结果显示观察组在颌骨硬组织、软组织及牙齿等多方面指标水平[(包括牙合平面与SN平面夹角(OP-SN)、上/下唇突度、颏前点及上下唇突点切线与眼耳平面夹角(Z角)及上中切牙切缘至NA连线垂直距离(U1-NA)、Apg线至上中切牙切缘的垂直距离(Apg-U1)、翼上颌裂后缘至上颌磨牙远中邻面垂直距离(Ptm-U6)等)]均明显优于对照组,矫治时间较对照组明显缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统口外弓比较,对安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形患者使用微型种植体加强支抗进行矫治,能够获得更为理想的临床效果,建立更为良好的咬合关系,颜面部外侧貌更符合美学标准,且能够有效缩短矫治时间,减少患者痛苦及负担,具有进一步深入研究与推广应用的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage and traditional headgear anchorage in the treatment of Angle class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion.Methods From September 2012 to October 2014,116 patients with Angle class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion were randomly divided into two groups,patients in both groups used the straight wire appliance(MBT),on this basis,the observation group used a micro implant as anchorage and control group used traditional headgear.The clinical application of the two groups were compared.Resluts The results showed that treatment cephalometric behind in many indicators of the level of the observation group maxillary hard tissue,soft tissue and teeth,etc.(including OP-SN,upper/lower lip protrusion,Z angle and U1-NA,Apg-U1,Ptm-U6,etc.) were significantly better than those of the control group,treatment time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Class Ⅱ Division 1 malocclusion patients with micro-implant anchorage for correction strengthening,can have a more desirable clinical results,the establishment of a more favorable occlusion,facial aesthetic standards more in line with the outer appearance,and can shorten the treatment time,reduce patient pain and burden,with the value of further research and promotion applications.更多还原
