【摘要】 目的探讨环孢素A联合十一酸睾丸酮治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的效果及不良反应。方法选择2010年5月至2015年5月接受治疗疗的120例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用十一酸睾丸酮治疗,观察组采用环孢素A联合十一酸睾丸酮治疗。治疗6个月后,观察临床治疗效果,外周血白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板以及血清内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平和不良反应。结果治疗6个月后,观察组的总有效率81.67%明显高于对照组的总有效率58.33%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗前两组患者的外周血白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板以及血清VEGF的水平无显著差异,治疗后两组患者的外周血白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板以及血清VEGF的水平上升,且观察组以上指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论环孢素A联合十一酸睾丸酮治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床疗效确切,安全性高,可升高外周血白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板以及血清VEGF的水平,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment effect and adverse reaction of cyclosporin A combined testosterone undecanoate on chronic aplastic anemia. Methods 120 patients with chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group from May 2010 to May 2015 in our hospital for treatment. The control group was treated by testosterone undecanoate,and the observation group by cyclosporin A combined testosterone undecanoate. After treatment,the treatment effect,peripheral blood leukocyte,hemoglobin,platelet,the level of serum VEGF and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group( 81. 67%) was higher than the control group( 58. 33%),with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). The peripheral blood leukocyte,hemoglobin and platelets and the serum VEGF level were no difference before treatment. After treatment,the peripheral white blood cell,platelet,hemoglobin and the serum VEGF levels were higher than before treatment,and the the above indicators in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There were no serious adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group. Conclusion The cyclosporin A combined testosterone undecanoate for treatment of chronic aplastic anemia,the clinical curative effect was definite,and had no serious adverse reactions. It can increase peripheral blood leukocytes,hemoglobin,platelets and the serum VEGF levels. It’s worthy of clinic application.更多还原
