【摘要】 目的探讨自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植鼻尖部整形手术的临床应用。方法拟行鼻尖整形手术的162例患者随机分为两组。治疗组采用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植填充进行鼻尖部整形手术,对照组采用膨体假体填充进行鼻尖部整形手术。比较两组手术效果,随访6个月,比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果治疗组手术时间、术后鼻尖高度、鼻尖矫正成功与对照组对比无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组随访并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者鼻尖宽、鼻尖角、后旋角、表现点、鼻背高度满意度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨移植填充进行鼻尖部整形手术,能有效地改善鼻尖形态,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of autogenous septal cartilage and ear cartilage graft in nasal tip shaping operation.Methods A total of 162 patients performed nasal plastic operation in this hospital were divided into two groups according to different operation procedures; patients in trial group were applied with autogenous septal cartilage and ear cartilage for nose tip filling plastic operation,patients in control group were taking expanded prosthetic filling for nasal tip plastic operation; the effective rates of operation were compared between these two groups,followed up for 6 months,and the incidence of complications were compared between these two groups. Results The difference in operating time,height of postoperative nasal tip,and the successful rate of nose tip correction was not significant between these two groups( P > 0. 05).The incidence of complications in trial group was significantly lower than that of control group during the follow- up period,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The difference in width of nasal tip,the angle of nose tip,the posterior rotation angle,performance point,satisfaction for the height of nasal dorsum was significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The application of autogenous septal cartilage and ear cartilage graft for nasal tip filling in plastic surgery can effectively improve the shape of nose tip and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
