【摘要】 在高等院校,导师是学校、学院与学生之间的纽带,对实验室的安全起着一线管理的作用。结合北京理工大学在实验室管理中的经验,从主、客观两方面阐述了深化导师责任对实验室安全的必要性及意义。同时,从明确导师责任、加强制度建设,分担安全经费、加大管理投入,完善奖惩机制、实行有效监督3个方面明确了导师责任及实验室安全管理的具体举措。只有充分发挥学校、学院、导师、学生各个层面的作用,才能切实保障实验室运行的安全,保证教学科研工作的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a link among schools,colleges and students,instructor should play a leading role in the aspect of laboratory safety management. Based on the experience of the laboratory safety management at Beijing Institute of Technology,we improve the security management of the lab and to enhance instructor’s responsibilities. This paper illustrated the necessity of instructor’s responsibilities to the laboratory safety from the subjective and objective aspects. Meanwhile,from "instructor responsibilities and system construction,security funds and investment management,incentive mechanism and effective supervision"three aspects,it identified the instructor’s responsibilities and specific initiatives of laboratory safety management. Only the responsibility of the colleges,schools,instructors and students have been undertake adequately,it can guarantee the safety of the lab and the schedule of the research and teaching plan.更多还原
