Based on the practice of Engineering Training Center in Qinzhou University,some issues related to the misunderstanding of the teachers in engineering training centers and their requirements are discussed,and some initiatives for the construction of engineering training teachers are proposed so as to provide some references for local universities in transition to build up their engineering training centers well.
