【摘要】 目的:了解洞泾镇社区卫生服务中心门/急诊伤害就诊病例分布特征,为社区伤害干预提供科学依据。方法:选择2012—2014年在洞泾镇社区卫生服务中心门/急诊被确诊为伤害的首诊患者3 626例作为研究对象。结果 :3 626例中外来人口2 633例,占72.61%,伤害高发年龄为15~44岁(2131例,58.77%),伤害发生地点以工业和建筑场所占首位(1 620例,44.68%),伤害物品以器械类为主(1 963例,54.14%)。结论 :应将外来人员、工业、建筑场所作为防治的重点人群和地点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the distribution characteristics of the injury cases in the outpatient or emergency visits in Dongjing Community Health Service Center to provide the scientific basis for the community injury intervention. Methods: A total of 3 626 patients diagnosed as injury in the first outpatient or emergency visits in Dongjing Community Health Service Center were selected as the research objects from 2012- 2014. Results: Among of 3 626 reported cases, most of them were the floating population(2 633 cases, 72.61%). The ages of high incidence of injury were from 15 to 44(2 131 cases, 58.77%), the injury locations were mainly the industrial and construction sites(1 620 cases, 44.68%), and the injury category were mainly items appliance(1 963 cases, 54.14%). Conclusion: The floating personnel, industry, and construction sites should be taken as the focus population and locations to prevent and control.更多还原
