Return to nature is the development trend of cosmetics, more and more natural plants are applied to cosmetics. In this paper, the efficacy of skin care of some natural plant materials was introduced, and some potential problems in the research were discussed. Finally, application prospect of natural plants in cosmetics was put forward.
