炼油厂氢气成本及利用效率研究

【摘要】 高效利用氢气是提高炼油企业竞争力的关键因素之一。研究不同原油价格体系下常规制氢方式的氢气成本以及炼油装置氢气消耗与氢气产出,结果表明,煤炭或者石油焦POX制氢在较高油价下可以提供相对廉价的氢气来源。在科威特原油基础上设计的渣油脱碳型、渣油加氢型以及两者组合型4个加工方案,采用轻油差值与氢耗差值的比值来表示氢气利用效率,模拟结果表明,渣油加氢型加工流程的氢气利用效率高于渣油脱碳型加工流程,其中渣油加氢、催化裂化、小型焦化炼油加工流程的氢气利用效率最高,渣油加氢、催化裂化、小型溶剂脱沥青加工流程的氢气利用效率居中。

【Abstract】 Efficient utilization of hydrogen is one of key factors improving refining enterprise competitiveness.The article researches hydrogen cost of conventional hydrogen production mode under various oil price systems, as well as refining unit hydrogen consumption and hydrogen production. The results indicate that, hydrogen production from coal or petroleum coke can provide relatively cheap hydrogen source under relatively high oil price. 4 processing schemes, namely residue decarbonization type, residue hydrotreating type and combining types of the above two are designed on the basis of Kuwait crude oil, using the ratio of the difference of light oil and the difference of hydrogen consumption to indicate hydrogen utilization efficiency. The simulation results indicate that, residue hydrotreating type processing scheme’s hydrogen utilization efficiency is higher than that of residue decarbonization type processing scheme, among them, residue hydrotreating, catalytic cracking and small-scale coking refining processing scheme’s hydrogen utilization efficiency is the highest, residue hydrotreating, catalytic cracking and small-scale solvent deasphalting processing scheme’s hydrogen utilization efficiency is placed in the middle.
