【摘要】 目的 探讨左心房憩室在MSCT冠状动脉成像中的影像表现。方法 选择MSCT冠状动脉成像检查中发现的左心房憩室122例,分析其影像表现并探讨其临床意义。结果 左心房憩室部位:左心房前上壁21例,前下壁5例,后下壁35例,后上壁61例,后壁分布数高于前壁,上壁分布高于下壁;左心房憩室形态:管型21例,囊型101例;数目:单发115例,多发7例;憩室底部开口宽度平均(0.82±0.24) cm,深度平均(0.78±0.21) cm。结论 MSCT冠状动脉成像能准确提供左心房憩室的位置及形态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the imaging performances of left atrial diverticulum in MSCT coronary artery imaging.Methods 122patients with left atrial diverticulum were chosen from MSCT coronary artery imaging examination.Their imaging findings were analyzed and their clinical significances were discussed.Results The locations of left atrial diverticulum were shown as following:the anterior-superior wall(n=21),the anterior-inferior wall(n=5),the posterior-inferior wall(n=35) and the posterior-superior wall(n=61).The number of diverticulum in the posterior-wall was more than that in the anterior-wall,and in the superior-wall was more than that in the inferior-wall.The difference was statistically significant by Chi square test.The shape of the diverticulum was tube-type(n=21) and capsule-type(n=101).The number of left atrial diverticulum was single(n=115) and multiple(n=7).The average width of neck at the bottom of the diverticulum was(0.82±0.24) cm,and the average depth was(0.78±0.21) cm.Conclusion MSCT coronary artery imaging can provide the accurate position and shape of left atrial diverticulum.更多还原
