【摘要】 目的探讨复方苦参注射液治疗晚期膀胱癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法将200例晚期膀胱癌患者按照随机分层分组法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用GC化疗方案(吉西他滨+顺铂),观察组在对照组基础上给予复方苦参注射液,观察两组化疗效果、安全性及远期生存率。结果观察组临床受益率(DCR)及临床有效率(RR)明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组化疗期间不良反应发生率及化疗耐受性明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2年生存率为42.0%(42/100),平均中位生存时间为(18.2±1.3)个月,对照组2年生存率为29.0%(29/100),平均中位生存时间为(13.9±1.5)个月,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合GC化疗方案能显著提高化疗效果和生存率,降低化疗毒副反应的基础上增加患者化疗耐受性,在晚期膀胱癌患者治疗中具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Kushen Injection in the treatment of advanced bladder cancer. Methods According to a stratified randomization method,200 cases of advanced bladder cancer were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated with gemcitabine and cisplatin,the observation group were treated with Compound Kushen Injection on the basis of the control group,clinical efficacy,toxicities and survival rates of the 2 groups were observed. Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the clinical benefit rate and the clinical effective rate,the difference was significant( P < 0. 05).
