【摘要】 目的:对比观察红豆杉粉剂联合异功散治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:选取来我院治疗的中晚期胃癌患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组均为30例,治疗组患者给予红豆杉粉剂联合异功散口服,每30d为1个周期,连续口服5个周期;对照组患者给予常规西药紫杉醇进行治疗,设定每21d为1个周期,连续治疗5个周期。观察两组患者经过5个周期后的总体治疗有效率以及毒副反应发生情况。结果:第5个周期时治疗组患者的整体治疗有效率为73.33%显著大于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05),治疗组毒副反应的分级显著轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红豆杉粉剂联合异功散治疗中晚期胃癌疗效显著,毒副反应较小,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe clinical effects of Taxus chinensis powder combined with Yigong powder on the treatment of middle-late gastric.Methods:60cases with middle-late gastric,which admitted in our hospital,divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group of 30 cases.The experimental group was given Taxus chinensis powder combined with Yigong powder oral,every 30 days for a cycle,continuous oral five cycles;the control group was given Xiaxing decoction oral,every 30 days for a cycle,continuous oral five cycles.Overall treatment efficient and the occurrence of adverse reaction after five cycles of the two groups were observed.Results:The fifth cycle,overall treatment effective rate of the experimental group 73.33% was significantly greater than the control group 50.00%(P<0.05);adverse reaction happened on the classification of the experimental group was significantly lighter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taxus chinensis powder combined with Yigong powder on the treatment of middle-late gastric has significant curative effect,less adverse reaction,which is worth clinical promotion.更多还原
