Correlation between excision repair cross complementation group 1 gene polymorphism and cisplatin chemotherapy sensitivity in malignant pleural effusion
Objective: To investigate the correlation between ERCC1 gene polymorphism and cisplatin chemotherapy sensitivity in non- small cell lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion. Methods: We collected the data of 70 non- small cell lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion who had been confirmed by pathological examination.
