【摘要】 目的:评价单向活瓣补片矫治先心病(CHD)合并重度肺动脉高压(PH)伴双向分流的效果及预后。方法:65例CHD+PH患者,采用单向活瓣技术修补畸形。观察术后疗效并随访。结果:术后24h内死亡3例,1周内死亡1例。随访3~120个月,远期死亡3例;术后肺动脉收缩压Pp[65.2±5.1mmHg]较术前Pp[80.3±7.6mmHg]明显降低(P<0.05),术后动脉血气PO2[71.4±3.8mmHg]较术前PO2[58.2±4.6mmHg]明显升高(P<0.05);术后心功能及6min步行实验(6MWT)较术前明显改善。结论 :应用单向活瓣补片技术治疗先心病合并重度肺动脉高压伴双向分流可获得较为满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of valve-patch repair procedures for congenital heart disease(CHD)with severe pulmonary hypertension(PH).Methods:From April 2005 to October 2015,65 patients of CHD with severe PH and double-direction shunt.All patients received the valve-patch repair procedures.After operations we observed the curative effect of the patients.Results:There were 3early deaths and 1in a week.Followed up from 3to 120(mean 43.5±11.3)months,there were 3later death occurred.The Pp was decreased from(65.2±5.1)mmHg to(80.3±7.6)mmHg,the PaO2 was increased from(71.4±3.8)mmHg to(58.2±4.6)mmHg.Post-operative cardiac function and 6-minute walk test(6MWT)was significantly improved compared with preoperative.Conclusion:The curative effect of valve-patch repair procedures for the CHD+PH is satisfactory.更多还原
