花鼠尿液中挥发性成分分析
Analysis of volatile compounds in urine of Eutamias sibiricus
【摘要】 利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(HS-SPME-GC/MS)对动情期不同性别花鼠尿液中的化学成分进行检测,初步分析出其中35种化学物质,主要为酯类、醇类、酚类、酮类、醛类、含氮化合物、含硫化合物以及烯烃类物质等。结果表明,这些物质基本为雌雄共有,但各物质的含量却有所不同。其中,2,5-二甲基吡嗪(2,5-Dimethylpyrazine)、4-甲基苯酚(4-Methylphenol)、4-乙基苯酚(4-Ethylphenol)有显著的性别差异。据此推测这3种物质可能是花鼠的性信息素成分。
【Abstract】 Headspace-solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)were used to analyze the composition of estrous urine of male and female Eutamias sibiricus,35 of them were putatively identified,and mainly contained esters,alcohols,phenols,ketones,aldehydes,nitrogen compounds,sulfur compounds,and olefins substances,etc.The results showed that all the compounds detected were shared by males and females,but the levels of each one was different.Among them,2,5-Dimethylpyrazine,4-Methylphenol,4-Ethylphenol showed significant sexual difference.Thus,these compounds might be pheromone in Eutamias sibiricus,and play some roles in sex attractiveness.
