【摘要】 开放式创新背景下,以获取创新资源与解决创新问题为主要特征的跨界搜寻成为提高企业技术创新能力和获取竞争优势的重要途径。然而,跨界搜寻与创新之间的关系仍然是组织搜寻理论研究的"黑箱"。文章在对跨界搜寻的理论渊源与内涵、动态能力的内涵与提升机制以及技术创新模式回顾的基础上,从理论层面分析了跨界搜寻、动态能力与技术创新之间的关系,阐明了企业在跨界搜寻的基础上构建和提升适应环境变化的动态能力,进而促进技术创新的内在逻辑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of open innovation,boundary- spanning search with the main features of obtaining innovation resource and solving the innovation problem has become an important way to enhance technological innovation capability and to gain competitive advantage of enterprises. However,the relationship between boundary-spanning search and innovation is still a "black box"in the search theory. This paper reviews the related studies of boundary-spanning search,dynamic capabilities and technological innovation and explores the relationship among boundary-spanning search,dynamic capability and technology innovation from theoretical level.
