红岩煤矿综采工作面块煤率提高技术研究

【摘要】 通过滚筒技术参数改进与煤体松动方案设计,对红岩煤矿综采工作面块煤率提高技术进行了深入研究。研究表明:红岩煤矿采用改进技术参数后的块率滚筒,可使工作面块煤率提升6.06%;煤体松动炮眼采用矩形布置有利于工作面块煤率提升;采用块率滚筒与工作面松动爆破相结合的措施,井下工作面块煤率可提升27.03%,表明该措施是取得矿井块煤率提升的可行途径。此外,减少井下煤炭运输转载环节,避免块煤经过落差较大煤仓的破碎也是提升矿井块煤率的主要因素。研究为综采工作面块煤率提升技术做了有益的探索。

【Abstract】 The technology of increasing the lump coal rate was researched in depth by improving the technical parameters of the shearer drum and designing the scheme of loosening coal body. The research shows that: the lump coal rate of the fullymechanized mining face in Hongyan Coal Mine increases 6. 06% by adopting the shearer drum with high lump coal rate after improving the technical parameters; the blastholes for loosening the coal body are arranged into rectangle,which helps to increase the lump coal rate of the fully-mechanized mining face; the lump coal rate of the fully-mechanized mining facein increases 27. 03% by the combination of the shearer drum with high lump coal rate and loose blasting of the underground mining face,which is the feasible way to increase the lump coal rate. Moreover,it is also the main factors for coal mine to increase the lump coal rate that reducing the coal transfer links and avoiding the fragmentation caused by passing through the coal bin with large drop. The research has made some significant exploration to increase the lump coal rate of the fullymechanized mining face.
