【摘要】 2000年以来,新疆棉花生产规模进入波动期,特别是实施目标价格改革以来,新疆棉花生产规模波动受到多方关注。综合政策、效益、技术、种植习惯等多种影响因素,对新疆棉花生产规模变动影响因素进行分析。结果表明,粮食生产效益对新疆植棉规模变动的影响最大,其次是上期种植规模和单产水平,而收购价格和棉花生产效益对植棉规模变动影响较小。并根据分析结果提出了政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 2000, the cotton production scale began into the wave period in Xinjiang. Especially after the implementation of the cotton target price policy, the cotton production scale in Xinjiang received much attention. This paper integrated variety of the factors about policy, benefit, technology, planting habit, and so on, analysed the impact factors of cotton production scale changes in Xinjiang.The result showed that the grain production efficiency had the greatest impact on Xinjiang cotton scale changes, followed by the scale of planting and yield level, while the purchasing price and production benefit of cotton had little effect on cotton production scale changes.Based on the analysis results, the policy suggestions were put forward.更多还原
