省级农业科研单位协同创新的实践与组织模式思考——以山西省农业科学院为例
Thoughts of Practice and Organization Pattern of Collaborative Innovation of Provincial Agricultural Research Units——Taking Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example
【摘要】 阐述了山西省农业科学院组建育种攻关协作组,培养学科带头人,发挥创新平台作用,引进高水平人才等促进协同创新的做法和成效,归纳总结出4种协同创新的组织模式,通过对其存在问题的分析,提出了进一步搞好农业科技协同创新的对策与建议。
【Abstract】 This essay stated the ways and effect of improving collaborative innovation in Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,such as forming breeding groups, cultivating discipline leaders, making innovation platform work and introducing high level talents. To sum up, this paper generalized four organization patterns of collaborative innovation. By analyzing existing problems, this article came up with suggestions and advises of better improving collaborative innovation of agriculture science.
