响应面法优化山茱萸叶叶绿素的超声提取工艺

【摘要】 以山茱萸叶为研究对象,在单因素试验的基础上设计中心组合试验,对液料比、超声提取时间、乙醇/丙酮混合溶剂中乙醇体积分数和提取温度进行条件优化。结果表明,用超声波辅助提取山茱萸叶叶绿素的最优条件是:液料比165.23∶1(m L/g),超声提取时间40.66 min,乙醇/丙酮混合溶剂中乙醇体积分数30.81%,提取温度50.71℃。在此条件下,叶绿素提取率可达0.593%。

【Abstract】 Taking Cornus officinalis as the research object, the application of center composite design was used to design this experiment on the basis of single factor experiment, the paper optimized the extraction conditions: the liquid-material ratio, ultrasonic time,alcohol concentration and extract temperature. The result showed that the chlorophyll extraction rate could be up to 0.593% with following factors, ratio of liquid to solid of 165.23∶1(m L/g), extraction time of 40.66 min, ethanolcon centration of 30.81%(V)of ethanol/acetone solvent, and extraction temperature of 50.71 ℃.
