【摘要】 目的:探讨腰椎终板骨软骨炎的磁共振成像（MRI）表现及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析128例腰椎终板骨软骨炎患者的MRI临床资料。结果:128例共累及232处终板,Ⅰ型占61.6%,Ⅱ型占17.7%,Ⅲ型占20.7%;发生部位以腰_4⁵和/或腰₅^骶₁椎间隙多见。全部病例均有相应椎间盘变性或膨出、突出。结论:MRI在腰椎终板骨软骨炎的诊断、分型、病因及治疗方案选择方面具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the magnetic resonance imaging（ MRI） manifestation and clinical significance of lumbar vertebral endplate osteochondritis. Methods: To analyze retrospective the MRI clinical data of 128 cases of patients with lumbar endplate osteochondritis. Results : All 1 2 8 cases involving 2 3 2 endplate,type Ⅰ accounted for 6 1. 6 %,type Ⅱ accounted for17. 7%,type Ⅲ accounted for 20. 7%. Location in L_{4 5}and / or L₅ S₁ intervertebral disc. All patients were corresponding intervertebral disc degeneration or bulging,outstanding.
