合成润滑油用于甲醇燃料发动机的试验研究
Experimental Study on Synthetic Lubricating Oil for Engine With Methanol Fuel
【摘要】 采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、元素分析等手段,分析了用于甲醇燃料发动机的合成润滑油在发动机长期运转后的颜色、黏度、组分以及润滑油中磨粒尺度分布的变化。结果表明,随着甲醇燃料发动机运行时间的增加,润滑油的颜色由黄色透明状变为暗黑色,并伴随黄色黏稠状物质沉淀;润滑油的运动黏度先减小后增大;润滑油中的N、C、H元素含量均有所增加,S元素含量基本保持不变,金属元素的种类和含量呈现增长趋势。润滑油中的磨粒粒径范围分布在0.2~2μm,呈正态分布,随着发动机运转时间的增加,磨粒粒径分布逐渐向大粒径方向移动。发动机运行100h,润滑油中的磨粒呈米粒状密集分布;随运行时间的增加,润滑油的黏结性增强,发动机运行400h,润滑油中的磨粒物聚集黏结,呈块状分布。
【Abstract】 The experimental study of synthetic lubricating oil for methanol fuel engine was carried out by using infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope(SEM),element analyzer and so on.The composition,viscosity,fineness of lubricating oil and the change regulation of its particle morphology were analyzed after the engine was running for a long time.The results showed that with the increase of the methanol fuel engine running time,the color of the lubricating oil was changed from yellow transparent to dark brown with some yellow sticky substance precipitation,while the viscosity of lubricating oil first decreased and then increased,at the same time,the element contents of N,C and H in lubricating oil were increased,and the S contents remained unchanged.The types and content of metal elements in the lubricating oil also showed an upward trend.The particle size in the lubricating oil was mainly in the range of 0.2-2μm with a normal distribution,which shifted to large side with the operating time increase of methanol fuel engine gradually.The wear particles in lubricating oil were of the rice shape in dense distribution after 100 hoperation of lubricating oil.The bonding properties of lubricating oil was enhanced with the increase of running time,and the wear particles in lubricating oil were in a lump distribution after 400 hoperation.
