【摘要】 [目的]通过构建急诊专科护士培训系统的质量评价标准,引导培训系统进入良性运行状态,确保急诊专科护士培训的质量,推动急诊专科护士的培养能更好、更快的发展。[方法]首先依据系统论和平衡计分法设计指标的框架结构,并分析大量文献和培训特点,形成备选指标和对应的量化标准。然后通过专家咨询和统计学计算筛选指标,用层次分析法(AHP)计算指标权重系数。最后在两个培训班中分两组进行指标验证。[结果]构建的指标体系分为3级,其中Ⅰ级指标4个、Ⅱ级指标13个、Ⅲ级指标34个;专家的判断系数为0.840,熟悉程度系数为0.914,权威系数为0.877,3轮协调系数分别为0.456,0.553,0.715;指标体系在两个培训班的评价中α信度值经t检验,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在同一个培训班中,两组α信度值经t检验也无差异(P>0.05)。[结论]本研究设计的急诊专科护士培训的质量评价指标体系,符合客观、可信、易操作、代表性好的特点,可以给急诊专科护士培训的质量评价和有针对性改进提供量化依据,发挥指标体系的以评促建作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By constructing the quality evaluation standard of emergency nurse specialist training system to guide training system to get into a benign operation condition,ensure the quality of emergency nurse specialist training,promote the better and faster development of emergency nurse specialist training.Methods:Firstly,the framework of the indicators was designed according to the system theory and balanced scorecard,and analyzed a large number of documents and training characteristics,alternative indicators and the corresponding quantitative standards were formed.Secondly,through expert consultation and statistical calculation,the weight coefficient of the indicators was calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,verified the indicators in the two groups of two training classes.Results:The index system was divided into three levels,which included4 primary indicators,13gradeⅡindicators,34gradeⅢindicators;the experts’ judgment coefficient was 0.840,familiar degree coefficient was 0.914,authoritative coefficient was 0.877,three rounds of coordination coefficients were respective 0.456,0.553 and 0.715;there was no statistically difference significant in the alpha reliability value by t test of the index system in the evaluation between the two training classes(P>0.05);in the same training class,there was no statistically difference significant in the alpha reliability value by t test between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The quality evaluation indicator system of emergency nurse specialist training was objective,reliable,had the characteristics of easy operation and good representative,it could provide quantitative basis for quality evaluation and targeted improvement of emergency nurse specialist training,play apromote role of indicator system.更多还原
