【摘要】 [目的]调查在校护生对老年人态度及其职业价值观的现状,并分析两者的相关性。[方法]采用一般资料问卷、对老年人态度量表和职业价值观量表对190名专科护生进行调查。[结果]护生对老年人态度得分162.76分±17.04分,职业价值观得分77.41分±13.87分;是否有与老人一起生活的经历、是否愿意从事老年护理,以及职业价值观中的声望地位、自我发展是影响专科护生对老年人态度的主要因素(P<0.05)。[结论]护生对老年人态度趋于正向,但仍有提升的空间,应改善护生对老年人的态度,使其树立正确的职业价值观,促进老年护理事业的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the status quo of nursing students’ attitudes toward the elderly and their occupational values,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 190 college nursing students were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,the attitude scale and the occupational values scale.Results:Score of nursing students’ attitudes toward the elderly was 162.76±17.04,the score of occupational values was 77.41±13.87;the main factors affecting college nursing students’ attitude towards the elderly included whether there was a life experience with the elderly,whether willing to engage in elderly care or not,as well as the prestige status and self development(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing students’ attitude towards the elderly tended to be positive,but there was still room for improvement.The prestige status in the professional values of nursing students was the dominant in the occupational values.We should improve the nursing students’ attitude toward the old people,make them establish the correct occupational values,and promote the sustainable development of old age care.更多还原
