【Abstract】 With the reference to the adaptability evaluation practice of international climate change and in combination with the requirements of planning environmental impact assessment in China,this paper discussed the fundamental thoughts and assessment procedures of adaptability evaluation of climate change,and the adaptability evaluation framework was constructed. Finally,this paper took River Basin Comprehensive Planning of Zhuhai( Revision)( 2005-2030) as a case study for empirical applications.更多还原
