粒度和升温速率对黄陵煤热解动力学的影响
Particle size and heating rate on the pyrolysis kinetics of Huangling coal
【摘要】 本实验选用黄陵煤矿二号矿动力煤(HL煤),对不同粒径、不同升温速率下的黄陵煤进行热重分析,并进行热解动力学分析。实验结果表明,随着粒径的减小,热解失重率增加,热解活化能减少;随着升温速率的提高,热解失重率增加,热解活化能增加,且整体呈现热滞后的现象。
【Abstract】 Huangling no.2 coal mine was chosen to use thermogravimetric analysis to analyze the kinetics of pyrolysis with different particle size and different heating rates.The results show that with the decrease of the particle size distribution,thermal decomposition weightlessness rate increase while the pyrolysis activation energy decrease,and with the increase of heating rate,thermal decomposition weightlessness rate increase and the same as activation energy,and present the thermal hysteresis phenomenon.
