油茶果壳多酚提取工艺的研究
Study on the extraction technology of polyphenol from Camellia oleifera shell
【摘要】 以油茶果壳为原料,考察油茶果壳目数、液料比、浸提时间、浸提温度等因素对油茶多酚提取的影响,并进一步考察了超声波辅助提取多酚的工艺条件。结果表明,多酚的最佳提取工艺条件为:浸提时间为50 min,油茶果壳80目,液料比为5 mL/g,提取溶液温度为60℃,多酚的得率为6.35%。超声波辅助提取多酚的最佳工艺条件为:超声频率为40 kHz,超声功率为400 W,浸提时间为30 min,液料比为5 mL/g,提取溶液温度为60℃。利用超声波辅助提取多酚的得率为7.65%。
【Abstract】 With Camellia oleifera shell as material,effects of size,extraction time,liquid-solid ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction of polyphenol were studied.Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polyphenol was investigated.The results showed that the optimal technological parameters were 50 min,80 mesh,ratio of liquid to material 5 mL/g,60 ℃,the extraction rate of polyphenol was 6.35%.The optimal technological parameters of ultrasonic-assisted method were 40 kHz for ultrasonic frequency,400 W power,30 min for treatment time,80 mesh,ratio of liquid to material 5 mL/g,60 ℃.The extraction rate of polyphenol was 7.65%.
