钢制套管对金属管道阴极保护影响的研究
Research on the effects of steel casing on metal pipeline cathodic protection
【摘要】 通过对航油管道穿越段进行实地勘测,找出影响管道穿越段阴保效果的主要因素;结合勘测数据和模拟实验,研究钢制套管长度和土壤电阻率对加套管时管道阴保的影响。结果表明:钢制套管对管道有屏蔽作用,套管长度对管道阴极保护电位分布有影响,随着套管长度增加管道阴保电位大体呈衰减趋势,并出现极值点,该点附近管道阴保电位急剧衰减,套管对管道阴保屏蔽作用最大。溶液环境中,无套管时管道阴保效果随溶液电导率增加而增强;有套管时,随着溶液电导率增加管道阴保电位先负向移动,随后正向偏移,并存有极值点,该点处管道阴保效果最佳。
【Abstract】 Through the study of the field survey of jet fuel pipeline crossing project,find out the main factors influencing the pipe cross section of the cathodic protection effect;Combined with the survey data and the simulation experiment,the steel sleeve length and soil resistivity of the influence of casing when pipeline cathodic protection.Results show that the steel casing has shielding effect to the pipe,casing length of pipeline cathodic protection potential distribution,with the sleeve length to increase the attenuation trend pipeline cathodic protection potential in general,and in extreme value point,near the point at which a pipeline cathodic protection potential sharp attenuation,casing of pipeline cathodic protection effect is the largest.Solution environment,without casing,pipeline cathodic protection effect is enhanced with the increase of solution conductivity;Casing,as the solution conductivity increases pipeline cathodic protection potential negative moving first,then positive deviation,and there is extreme value point,point of pipeline cathodic protection effect is best.
