【Abstract】 As a socialist market economy,private enterprise as a supplement of national economy is becoming the main pillars of our economy,and creating jobs,stimulating market,promoting technological innovation and so on play an important role. But Have a good environment for the development of private economy? Why private enterprise exists "loans difficult"problems more serious,which is what the internal logic?
