【Abstract】 On the base of inclusive growth theory,this article finds that the reason that leads to the stagnant development of private economy in western China is that the private economy here is not entitled to equal rights and are treated unfairly in their development.But the equal opportunity is the precondition for the private economy to share the development achievement.Therefore,the article comes to a conclusion that the adoption of inclusive growth mode of economic development can realize the sustainable development of the private economy in western China.更多还原
